Development of the digital presence and website for the PADI dive center Buceo Hispania Barcelona

Buceo Hispania Barcelona is the only PADI 5 Stars dive center that offers all the activities entirely in the city of Barcelona. And as a leading center, it had to improve its online presence and the communication to attract local and foreign divers.

Website

Conceptualization and creation of the dive shop website to show all the activities related to courses and fun dives

The website project consisted of starting a website from the scratch. We conceptualized the site layout, architecture of the information and wireframming and build it with a WordPress customized template. Thanks to WordPress plugins such as Yoast SEO and WPML, we could have a multi language website optimized from the SEO point of view.

Additionally, we did all the website content management and write several posts in the blog for the initial set up.

With a correct implementation of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager and implementing an appropriate UTM policy, we were able to measure all the conversions in the site.

We also were in charge of the creation of printed and online materials to communicate offers, promotions and featured courses

We designed and managed all the online campaigns with a double objective: awareness and conversion. And we analyzed the conversion of each action to know the performance of each investment.
